What's included in the hourly rate? +
Your rate covers full access to the room, all in-house equipment, and a house engineer included for all A Room and B Room sessions.
What's the minimum booking time? +
Minimum booking is 3 hours for all rooms. There's no maximum — block out as many hours as your project needs.
What's your cancellation policy? +
Full refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to reschedule you.
Can I bring my own engineer or producer? +
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own engineer, producer, or any collaborators. Just let us know ahead of time so we can make sure the session is set up exactly how you need it.
Is parking available? +
Street parking is available on Milwaukee Ave and the surrounding side streets. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to find a spot, especially on weekends.
Can I book the Open Area for an event? +
Yes — the Open Area is perfect for listening sessions, showcases, private events, and creative gatherings. For larger events or custom setups, email us directly at info@thestu.co to discuss details.
